WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY DELIVERY?

When your order is dispatched we will send you an email with a link to track your delivery. You can also check the latest status of your order by visiting "My Account".

CAN I CHANGE MY EXISTING ORDER?

Once you have placed an order, you can change it BEFORE delivery. However, you won't be able to make any change to your products AFTER delivery. If you require delivery or contact details changes, please Email service@sofafans.co.uk .

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

You can change your shipping address on "My Account" - "My Order" BEFORE the parcel's sent out. If your order is already sent out, please contact us via service@sofafans.co.uk, we are glad to change it for you.

WHAT IF MY PARCEL GOT LOST?

We offer world-class shipping options by cooperating with UPS, Yodel, Parcel Force, DPD, FedEx, DHL and other leading global carriers, your parcel will be handled carefully and never got lost. If it does get lost, please email us via service@sofafans.co.uk immediately, we will solve it for you as soon as possible.

HOW CAN I MAKE THE PAYMENT?

We accept payment via credit card, including Visa card, as well as PayPal.

COULD THERE BE A SECURITY AND PRIVACY PROBLEM?

NO. Once you have placed the order, your personal information you submit is ONLY used to process your order, so we can arrange shipping, process your payment information and provide you with invoice and so on.

HOW CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCTS IF I DONT WANT IT ANYMORE?

Returns are acceptable if you return the products in the UK within 30 days of delivery in the origninal condition and packaging. If you have received the product and change your mind or cancel the order after delivery, please contact us via service@sofafans.co.uk, we will help you return the products, but you will need to pay the return costs. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email and process the refund for you.
